AIMS's 2023 Annual Summary Commendation and 2024 New Year's Gala was successfully held.

Time marches on, and achievements keep evolving. On February 2nd, "Starting a business is difficult but the original intention remains the same", the 2023 annual summary and award ceremony, as well as the 2024 New Year's Gala of AIMS were held at the Leifuqiang Platinum Yore Hotel in Hefei. The partners of AIMS gathered together, looking forward to a bright future and sharing the moment of joy.

Breaking the waves and chasing new clouds will inevitably arise

In 2023, with the joint efforts of all our team members, we continuously faced challenges and overcame difficulties. For every member of AIMS, this was a challenging and arduous journey to pursue our dreams.

At the beginning of the conference, the Chairman and General Manager of the company, Zhong Zhimin, delivered the annual speech:

General Zhong first warmly welcomed all colleagues back home and expressed gratitude for their hard work and dedication over the past year, especially in the context of intensified industry competition and sluggish economic conditions. The colleagues from all departments have made tremendous efforts, and we safely navigated through 2023 and achieved many breakthroughs.

We believe that in an era of downward pressure in the manufacturing industry and global supply chain reshaping, intelligent manufacturing remains the trend of the times and an inevitable direction. As those providing equipment and "weapons" for the upgrading of the manufacturing industry, AIMS, in helping Chinese manufacturing achieve sustainable development, has also achieved sustainable development itself.

Only by adhering to the original intention, concentrating solely on the task at hand, sincerely and wholeheartedly upholding the company's vision, adhering to long-termism, and persisting in value creation, can one achieve success and reach the other shore.

Revering the clouds and ascending to the extraordinary

The road to building dreams is never smooth, the stars do not disappoint the travelers, and time does not disappoint the fighters. Every achievement of the University of Science and Technology Intelligent Union cannot be separated from the hard work and dedication of all colleagues. In this commendation process, incentives were also given to employees and teams who have made outstanding performance contributions and exhibited excellent behavior.
