The Langjiu Jianxiang intelligent stereoscopic warehouse aims to maximize the storage capacity and efficiency of the finished wine packaging workshop and various warehouses in the Luzhou factory, minimize the long-term operating costs of the equipment, and enhance the enterprise's benefits. The Langjiu Combined Fragrance Intelligent Three-dimensional Warehouse utilizes advanced technologies and intelligent equipment from both domestic and international sources. Based on the strategic concepts of "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025", it incorporates advanced systems such as intelligent warehousing, intelligent control, and intelligent distribution to achieve efficient integrated development of production, storage, and distribution in an intelligent factory.
The project of Lang Jiu and Xiang intelligent stereo warehouse includes the construction of intelligent finished wine stereo warehouse, automatic logistics system of production workshop, intelligent control and intelligent distribution system of the whole factory, etc. The project took two years to plan and implement, with an area of 39,000 square meters for construction land, a building area of 25,500 square meters, and a total construction area of 35,000 square meters. The total investment exceeded 300 million yuan.
The whole warehouse has 3 sub-warehouses with a total height of 22 meters and a total number of 58,300 cargo positions. It can store about 4 million cases of finished wine at one time, and the total storage capacity is about 12,000 tons. The maximum recycling storage capacity of finished wine can reach 150,000 tons per year. The loading and unloading platform can meet the needs of nearly 40 trucks for warehousing operations at the same time. The designed throughput exceeds 20,000 cases (approximately 76 tons) per hour, and the annual inbound and outbound volume can reach 1.2 billion bottles.

First in Southwest China: the first one in the southwest of Baijiu industry has been completed and put into use, and it is the largest intelligent stereoscopic library among the stereoscopic libraries that have been put into use.
Uniquely fragrant: The "only" intelligent stereoscopic library with a turnover storage capacity of more than 100000 tons in the Baijiu industry is the "only" stereoscopic library with consumer experience function in the industry.

The intelligent logistics control system is an intelligent platform that integrates production logistics, warehousing management, and equipment control. It connects the entire operation process of production and warehousing in the factory, realizing automatic warehousing, outbound, sorting, tallying, inventory and other operations of goods. At the same time, it monitors materials in real time throughout the process, achieves timely, accurate, and automatic transportation of materials, and realizes an intelligent platform for comprehensive management and control.
By combining IoT, big data, and machine learning technologies, we aim to bridge the upstream and downstream of equipment maintenance, providing predictive analysis, maintenance, and decision-making recommendations for logistics equipment failures, equipment efficiency, and maintenance. We also automate the generation, allocation, and analysis of maintenance tasks, and process information before and after maintenance to achieve full lifecycle management of equipment.
High technical difficulty
1. Multi-line convergence: Different products with different SKUs and different production rates of large and small wines are merged after being produced and discharged from different production lines onto a main line. After the main line converges, the flow rate reaches 3300 cases per hour.
2. High-speed sorting: The running speed of the branch lines is 75 meters per minute. After different products with different SKUs are diverted from the main line to different branch lines, the intelligent logistics control system automatically predicts the production volume and reserves mechanical and manual positions in advance. When the products reach the mechanical and manual positions, they quickly complete palletizing, box tray matching, abnormal production scheduling, and precise diversion to three different warehouses for storage. The palletizing accuracy rate is 99.99%.
