In collaboration with AIMS, building the world's first heavy-duty steel pipe intelligent logistics and warehousing demonstration center. We construct an 8,000-square-meter intelligent warehouse and upgrade six intelligent transfer warehouses. Once completed, the steel plate storage capacity will reach 36,000 tons, enabling automatic unloading and loading of steel plates as well as intelligent IGV entry and exit. At the same time, we  build four core systems: APS, YMS, WMS, and IGV. These systems have been used to drive intelligent material feeding and automatic raw material distribution based on production plans, achieving lean material feeding on the production line. We also implement a series of leading-edge technological innovations in key areas, aiming to become a benchmark for intelligent, efficient, and safe modern logistics warehousing.

Dalypu has industry-leading innovative technologies such as intelligent warehouses for ultra-long and ultra-heavy, intelligent coupling processing systems, and surface defect detection for rods/tubes. It has developed an intelligent manufacturing solution covering warehousing, workshops, factories and the cloud, achieving optimization and intelligence in the production process, laying the foundation for the coordinated development of the intelligent manufacturing ecosystem, and helping Factory 159 become a new generation of intelligent manufacturing benchmark.

AIMS has assisted Dongfang Tungsten Steel in key areas of its entire production process. By using the Al+ model + big data approach, it has taken a step ahead in improving the existing automatic control system, achieving an overall optimization of on-site advanced control. Since the new system was put into operation and accepted, it has achieved long-term stable savings in gas consumption, with the overall economic benefits exceeding 8 million yuan.
