Among them, the plate visual inspection system is an important project developed by them. This system uses advanced 3D laser sensors and intelligent vision software technology to achieve rapid, accurate, and automated inspection of plates, significantly improving the quality and efficiency of inspection. In addition, AIMS also provides customized equipment inspection solutions for customers in different industries and application scenarios. For instance, in the steel industry, they have launched a 3D defect detection system for pipes, billets and bars, which can monitor the surface quality of key components such as steel pipes, billets and bars in real time, promptly identify potential defects and hidden dangers, and provide a strong guarantee for production. The adoption of this solution by Baosteel Group has driven AIMS to expand its technology platform into the field of inspection business.

In terms of process optimization, AIMS has developed an intelligent combustion series APP specifically for the metallurgical industry. This is an intelligent combustion system based on advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and evaluation analysis engine. The system collects real-time dynamic process data of combustion, builds a multi-target integrated model centered on enhanced learning technology and expert experience, and realizes intelligent control of the hot blast furnace combustion process. Moreover, this intelligent combustion system has a strong self-learning ability. Through continuous interaction and learning with actual furnace conditions, the system can continuously optimize the multi-target integrated model, improve prediction accuracy and control effect. At the same time, the system also has an expert experience database, which can be called upon to assist in decision-making based on actual circumstances, further enhancing combustion efficiency. "This can bring economic benefits to the enterprise. More importantly, in the context of the overall strategy of energy conservation and emission reduction, our technology can make a contribution to the implementation of 'dual carbon' goals, which is truly an honorable thing," said Chen Bo, the vice general manager of AIMS. "The 'Hot Blast Furnace HBSAI Intelligent Combustion System V1.5' project is a technological innovation project jointly developed by China Metallurgical Baosteel and AIMS, aiming to solve the problems faced by steel mills, implement the specific measures of the 'carbon peak, carbon neutrality target node' in the steel industry in 2021, and implement industrial low-carbon actions and green manufacturing projects. It is of great significance for promoting the green development of the steel industry." 

During the process of scenario application, AIMS focuses on technological innovation and continuously optimizes and improves the overall intelligent manufacturing solution. It also combines more efficient research and development capabilities to overcome technical challenges. "We have always been committed to identifying problems in scenarios and digitizing them, and then organizing technical forces to solve these problems," said Zhong Zhimin.
