Five-Year Anniversary Message from AIMS

 Dear colleagues:

For some of you present here, we have been working together for five years now.

When we succeed, we raise our glasses to celebrate together; when we fail, we fight to rescue each other. We are far from achieving victory, but the fifth anniversary is a significant day. Let's give a high-five to our fellow colleagues and offer each other encouragement and affirmation. On our long journey of joint efforts, thank you for accompanying me.

Five years ago, with the intention of "creating value" and the judgment that the intelligent wave would fully penetrate society, we founded AIMS. With the relaxed environment and favorable conditions provided by our shareholders, and through the joint efforts of all colleagues, the company has emerged as a force in the field of intelligent manufacturing and achieved rapid development.

We have long established two major strategies: "deeply engaging in industries" and "intelligentization", guiding the direction of our company's efforts over the past five years:

Over the past five years, we have not focused on any industry just because it is popular, but have chosen the basic industries and strategic emerging industries as the two major industry directions. We have selected four sub-industries and deeply studied the industry pain points, not fearing difficulties and daring to pioneer. We can say that wherever there is a need or difficulty in the industry, we will focus on that industry. Because our mission is "promoting industrial progress".

Over the past five years, we have not pursued any project just because it is large, but have judged what is a key project based on whether it can create unique value for the customer. What excites us is not the size of the project, but whether it meets the common industry needs and has application promotion value. Because our goal is "leading industry development".

Over the past five years, while consolidating the basic automation capabilities, we have focused on cultivating digital, information, and intelligent capabilities, and have firmly invested the main R&D resources in the IT direction, determined to promote the productization and platformization of software. Because we firmly believe that "intelligentization" in the context of developing the digital economy is the next wave.

Over the past five years, we have not relaxed in improving our capabilities in automation, especially with the addition of the Shanghai intelligent production line team, our design strength, control ability, and implementation ability have significantly improved. Because we know that industrial customers need value closure capabilities, and the integration of IT and OT can truly solve problems for customers and truly "deliver value".

Of course, we cannot forget the many partners who have supported and provided support for us over the past five years. The future business ecosystem will be open and networked. It is because of their sincere cooperation that we have the ability to complete larger and more complex projects with each scale increasing and demand becoming more complex. They will also be the strong backing for the company's further scale expansion.

After five years of development, we have established smart factory demonstration projects in the metallurgy, consumer goods, new energy, and power industries, gradually forming a clearer development strategy: build one intelligent platform, face four manufacturing scenarios, and serve four key industries. The four key industries are the above four major industries, and the four manufacturing scenarios refer to logistics, quality, process, and operation and maintenance of the four key manufacturing scenarios. The intelligent platform refers to the octopus industrial intelligent platform that the company is currently intensively developing. On this basis, we have cultivated three business segments:

With the support of artificial intelligence and Internet of Things technology applications, the intelligence level of the intelligent logistics business has greatly improved. Especially in the discrete production logistics scenarios, the existing exploration of the company has become an industry standard, focusing on solving the pain points and difficulties of large-scale customized production, representing the development model of intelligent manufacturing in these industries, and giving birth to the prototype of intelligent logistics 2.0. The big data attributes of the industrial internet business make it an ideal application scenario and a vast stage for intelligent technologies. The company has developed and promoted a predictive maintenance cloud platform for logistics equipment, establishing the industry's first logistics equipment cloud. By applying new technologies such as enhanced learning to the intelligent combustion control system, the company has broken through the limitations of traditional combustion optimization control technology and achieved excellent application results. The company's layout in the industrial internet business, targeting vertical industries and high-value single-point applications, has explored new models for the development of industrial internet business.

The company's intelligent production line business for the power industry will further integrate technologies such as intelligent detection, intelligent supply chain, quality cloud, and intelligent assembly. It will boldly innovate and adapt to the requirements of the national grid's manufacturing model transformation, seeking new business breakthroughs.

With the continuous R&D and construction of the Octopus industrial intelligent platform, our core technical capabilities will shift from traditional automation technology capabilities to intelligent technology capabilities represented by AI and IoT. Our business philosophy will change from filling the intelligent logistics industry layout of the shareholders to empowering the manufacturing industry with advanced intelligent technologies. The company will break through the ceiling of traditional automation enterprises and face broader development prospects. In the future, we will take the octopus platform as our sail, ride the wave of intelligence, and steer our common ship, the company, into the vast ocean of industrial intelligence!

All of this could not have been achieved without each of our colleagues' exertion of their wisdom and hard work. The company's development relies on people and is for people. The key to a company's development lies in enabling everyone to fully realize their value. The key to allowing people to fully realize their value is to effectively organize them around a common goal. We need to further strengthen organizational construction， enable each colleague to play a greater role on the company platform， and design good mechanisms to ensure that employees can benefit more from the company's development.
