GIVE ME 5 | Happy 5th Anniversary to AIMS!

In 2016, AIMS set sail and has been sailing steadily ever since. Through five years of hard work, five years of perseverance, and five years of close collaboration, AIMS has grown and expanded through its efforts. We were all involved in this process and witnessed it together. On the occasion of the company's fifth anniversary, with Hefei as the main venue and Shanghai as the branch venue, we held a rich and interesting celebration event to jointly wish AIMS a happy fifth birthday!

Part 1: Receive the new ID card and create a handprint painting together

Every step of the company's development is the result of the joint efforts of all members of the AIMS, gathering everyone's strength. Part 4: Backbone Employee Conference

From 10:00 to 11:00 in the morning, the company held a key employee meeting. The chairman and general manager of AIMS, Zhong Zhimin, the vice president Liu Wei, the vice president Chen Bo, the vice president Chu Xibao, the financial director Han Chunhua, and key employees from various departments attended the meeting in person. Other employees participated online through live streaming.

At the beginning of the meeting, all employees watched the company's growth video together, reviewing the company's layout and growth in the field of technology over the past five years.

Subsequently, the chairman and general manager of AIMS, Zhong Zhimin, distributed employee badges and commemorative coins to the "five-year anniversary employees" and delivered a message for the fifth anniversary.

In his message, Mr. Zhong focused on reviewing the strategies and directions of the past five years, and further proposed clearer development strategies based on the current new stage of development. At the same time, Mr. Zhong stated that the company will further improve incentive mechanisms, establish employee development mechanisms, deepen benefit sharing mechanisms, etc., to better understand, develop, and motivate others, so that employees can grow faster with the company and achieve a better future together!

Finally, amid the cheerful birthday songs, the company leaders shared the birthday cake together and jointly wished AIMS a happy fifth birthday!
