AIMS construction project has been selected into the list of "2018 Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot and Demonstration Projects" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Recently, the intelligent factory project of Zhongrong Printing Group, undertaken by AIMS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as AIMS ), was selected into the list of "2018 Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot and Demonstration Projects" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. This list is formulated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Intelligent Manufacturing Development Plan (2016-2020)" and selects projects that are at the domestic leading or international advanced level across the country to provide policy and financial support, in order to encourage the integration and application of new technologies and promote the development of intelligent manufacturing technology in various industries.

As the only selected enterprise in the packaging and printing industry, Zhongrong Printing Group has further promoted the sustainable development of core technical capabilities in the packaging and printing industry and enhanced its industry influence and comprehensive strength through the intelligent factory project jointly created with AIMS.

The intelligent factory constructed by Zhongrong Printing Group is centered around the intelligent logistics system and the intelligent printing execution system that our company is responsible for. The investment for this part alone exceeds 50 million yuan. The construction content covers the logistics transportation and automated storage of raw materials, semi-finished products, carton-packed finished products, pallet-packed finished products, and auxiliary materials and consumables, as well as the logistics transportation within the workshop, line-side goods management, TMS delivery management, machine modification, etc. Centered around the intelligent warehouse, it connects all production processes and becomes a collaborative intelligent factory for high-end paper-based printed products.

Through factory design and planning, AIMS has built five modules for Zhongrong Printing Group: intelligent printing execution system, intelligent logistics system, production operation management platform, network collaborative manufacturing management platform, and big data platform. It strives to achieve a 20% increase in printing and packaging production efficiency, a 20% reduction in operating costs, a 50% reduction in the development cycle of new products, a 10% reduction in energy consumption per unit of industrial output value, and a 20% reduction in product quality complaint rate.

In printing the listed in national intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration, on behalf of the project has stood in the current domestic packaging printing industry forefront of intelligent manufacturing implements the intelligent production process of the whole process: More than 30000 goods, but at the same time compatible with 11 types nearly all SKU automatic storage of goods, through the layers of many entrances and exits in series, the production process of different floors and two-way docking warehouse, realize the whole process of production data acquisition and traceability of product quality; At the same time, the information flow of key equipment is connected. Through our company's independently developed intelligent printing execution system, work orders are pushed to the production machines. Combined with the material transportation strategy, the operation frequency of workers is reduced while the quality reliability is improved. This project has also become a benchmark demonstration project for AIMS in the packaging and printing industry.
