AIMS has collaborated with HEFEI SMARTER GROUP to participate in the 2017 China International Cable Industry Exhibition.

On August 30, 2017, the "10th China International Cable Industry Exhibition" was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.  AIMS collaborated with HEFEI SMARTER GROUP to jointly present the "Intelligent Manufacturing Overall Solution for the Wire and Cable Industry" in the HEFEI SMARTER GROUP exhibition hall. This was the first time that intelligent manufacturing had entered the international cable industry exhibition.

On the morning of August 31st, in the sharing studio, Dr. Liu Wei, the deputy general manager of AIMS, delivered a speech titled "The Concept and Practice of Building an Intelligent Factory in the Cable Manufacturing Industry" to the guests present. The on-site interaction was very lively.

In response to the implementation of "China Intelligent Manufacturing 2025" in the cable industry, to enhance the overall intelligent manufacturing level of the industry, AIMS signed a strategic cooperation agreement with HEFEI SMARTER GROUP, a leading enterprise in the manufacturing of specialized equipment for the cable industry, in May 2017, and jointly established the "HEFEI SMARTER GROUP - AIMS Logistics Engineering Research Center".

This center, considering the diverse demands, frequent changes, large volume and weight of individual products, as well as complex transportation operations in the cable manufacturing industry, provides an "intelligent manufacturing overall solution for the cable industry", enabling seamless connection of the entire production process and collaborative operations, achieving automation of the entire manufacturing process logistics, and fully integrating the intelligent logistics system with the intelligent production system, realizing automatic transmission of information flow, data flow and logistics, and scientific decision-making, helping the cable manufacturing industry usher in the era of intelligent manufacturing.
