AIMS GBA HQ Lands in Jiangmen with Government-Industry Partnership to Build New Digital Manufacturing Hub

On May 28, 2026, the Greater Bay Area headquarters of AIMS TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. (referred to as "AIMS") officially settled in Pengjiang District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, and held a strategic signing ceremony at the Pengjiang District Government Conference Center. Ling Chuanmao, Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of the Party Group of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jiangmen City, Liu Zhigang, member of the Party Group of the Municipal Government and Deputy Mayor, heads of departments such as the Science and Technology Bureau, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and Investment Promotion Bureau of Jiangmen City, Huang Jiayi, Deputy Secretary and District Mayor of Pengjiang District, Li Dacheng, Secretary and Director of the Party Group of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jiangmen City, and other major leaders and relevant unit heads attended and witnessed the event.

At the ceremony, Zhong Zhimin, Chairman of AIMS, along with his core management team, signed a Greater Bay Area headquarters settlement agreement with the Pengjiang District government. At the same time, he signed an industrial chain strategic cooperation agreement with three leading manufacturing enterprises in Jiangmen, including Hengshen Meida, Zhenghao Motorcycle, and Hongjia Technology. The three parties - government, enterprises, and the chain - joined hands to officially embark on the new journey of AIMS's deep engagement in the Greater Bay Area.

The Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, Ling Chuanmao, pointed out that currently, a series of favorable policies from the national, provincial and municipal levels have been implemented simultaneously, making it the right time for \AIMS to settle in Jiangmen. The simultaneous signing of these three cooperation agreements marks the official establishment of in-depth partnerships between AIMS and the three enterprises. All three projects have incorporated digital top-level design at the planning stage, and are jointly building industry-leading intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories from a high starting point.

Zhenghao Motorcycle, as a representative of digital transformation in medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Jiangmen, is collaborating with AIMS to jointly implement the overall planning and implementation of a digital benchmark factory for motorcycle manufacturing. The project will integrate solutions such as intelligent internal logistics, manufacturing operations, full-process quality control, equipment maintenance, supply chain collaboration, and industrial big data platforms, to build a digital capability system covering the entire manufacturing chain of motorcycles, and create a demonstration benchmark for intelligent manufacturing in the motorcycle industry.

Hengshen Meida plans to build a digital benchmark factory for the nylon new material industry with the help of a new material construction factory and the cooperation of AIMS. The project covers solutions such as intelligent internal logistics, manufacturing operations, digital twins, quality control, energy management, supply chain collaboration, and industrial big data platforms. It deeply integrates digital capabilities into the entire process of new material production and manufacturing, and is committed to creating a new model for intelligent manufacturing in the textile new material industry.

The cooperation goal of Hongjia Technology has a breakthrough significance in the industry. — Both sides will join hands to build the first digital benchmark factory in the powder metallurgy and magnetic powder materials industry.

In Jiangmen, AIMS will rely on the foundation of Jiangmen's discrete manufacturing cluster, with the core service concept of "small, fast, light, accurate, modular, and rapid delivery", to provide hierarchical digital solutions covering core scenarios such as MES, WMS, data collection, and equipment operation and maintenance for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. Effectively respond to the practical demands of small and medium-sized enterprises that are cost-sensitive, demand-focused and require quick results. By taking the demonstration projects of three leading enterprises as the driving force, a market expansion pattern of "benchmarking leading, mass replication" will be gradually formed, promoting the accelerated popularization and implementation of digital capabilities in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Jiangmen.
