It uses machine vision equipment to replace human eyes for detection, measurement, and judgment, and has many advantages such as non-contact, high precision, high efficiency, and good flexibility. The system supports online detection of multiple types of products and can output up to ten types of defect results in real time. The AI visual inspection accuracy can reach 3mm and the accuracy rate can reach over 99%.
