Building a benchmark in the photovoltaic industry: AIMS helps Jinko Energy complete the construction of the Jianshan intelligent warehouse

On March 13th, the commissioning ceremony of the first intelligent warehouse of Jinko Energy, which was constructed by AIMS, was successfully held at the Haining base of the Component Division. This event marked a key milestone achievement for AIMS in assisting Jinko Energy in building a digital and intelligent enterprise, and also ushered in a new chapter. Both parties adhered to the principles of "safety, intelligence, and efficiency", and jointly embarked on the goal of building an intelligent, digital, and efficient logistics management system. Mr. Chen Jingwei, the Chief Operating Officer of Jinko Energy's Operation Management System, Mr. Geng Shaofeng, the General Manager of Jinko Energy's Planning and Materials Control Center, Mr. Zhong Zhimin, the Chairman and General Manager of AIMS, Mr. Chen Bo, the Vice General Manager, and other guests, totaling 60 people, were invited to attend the event.

As the music began, the commissioning ceremony of the intelligent warehouse(AS/RS) officially lunched.

Chen Jingwei, Chief Operating Officer of JinkoSolar's Operations Management System, stated in his speech:

“ Jingke Energy's Jianshan Intelligent Stereoscopic Warehouse covers an area of 38540 square meters, is about 24 meters high, has a total of over 31000 storage locations, and can store approximately 1.2GW of finished components. With strong support from our partners, this intelligent stereoscopic warehouse fully integrates and utilizes AI technology, not only achieving refined management and efficient operation of the warehouse, but also continuously maintaining the industry's first position. It is one of the largest and most advanced intelligent stereoscopic warehouses in the same industry in China, and has become an important part of our intelligent manufacturing system, laying a good foundation for the integration project in Shanxi. We hope to create greater benefits for Jinko's customers in the future through the construction of digital and intelligent systems based on this foundation. ”

Zhong Zhimin, Chairman and General Manager of AIMS, subsequently delivered a speech, thanking Jingke Energy for its trust in AIMS and the hard work of both project teams to achieve the goal quickly. He also expressed:

One of the largest and most advanced intelligent stereoscopic libraries in the same industry in China

Jingke Energy Jianshan Intelligent Stereoscopic Warehouse covers a total area of 38000 square meters, with over 31000 storage spaces and 62000 boxes of goods stored. It has a turnover of 25 days and has introduced more than 20 double column stacker cranes, 700 conveyors, 20 photovoltaic module dismantling and stacking machines, as well as several dismantling and stacking machines, elevators, RGV circular shuttle vehicles and other key logistics equipment. It realizes the full process automation of automatic stacking, warehousing, inventory and outbound of finished photovoltaic modules after they are offline. It is one of the largest and most advanced intelligent stereoscopic warehouses in the domestic industry..

The project was completed within just two months from the signing of the contract to the arrival of the equipment, and less than six months from the start of construction to the official commissioning.
