It collects real-time dynamic process data of combustion, builds a multi-target integrated model centered on enhanced learning and expert experience, uses the minimum gas consumption and the meeting of flue gas temperature standards as evaluation indicators, conducts intelligent prediction of the furnace condition, selects the optimal coal-air ratio strategy, replaces manual combustion with AI combustion, scientifically controls parameters such as furnace temperature and air-fuel ratio, and achieves the best furnace condition.

Before the renovation of the hot air furnace of the No. 6 blast furnace at Yonggang Steel, the furnace condition was greatly affected by factors such as the calorific value of the gas and the pressure of the pipelines, and it was difficult to achieve stable furnace conditions through manual control. At the same time, under manual control, the unreasonable ratio of gas to air led to the gas consumption remaining in an unreasonable state for a long time.

The technical expert team of Yonglian Huike adopts an independently developed AI algorithm model based on the actual situation of Yonggang's on-site hot blast stove to achieve automatic burning, adaptive optimization of burning status, intelligent shutdown, and safety protection of the hot blast stove. It can effectively reduce the consumption of gas in the hot blast stove of No.6 blast furnace, and this alone can generate economic benefits of over several million yuan for Yonggang every year.

As one of the main equipment in steel enterprises, the automation level and optimized operation level of blast furnace hot blast stove directly affect the production capacity and energy consumption of the entire steel plant. However, due to differences in construction time, design volume, operational personnel level, and management level of blast furnace hot blast stoves in China, the control level of blast furnace hot blast stoves varies greatly among steel enterprises.
