On April 29, 2020, the Provincial Science and Technology Department released the "Public Notice on the Project Approval of Key Research and Development Plans in Anhui Province in 2020". Our company's "Research on the Application of Metal Plate Image Recognition Technology in Complex Industrial Environments" project was officially approved for funding under the "International Science and Technology Cooperation Special Project".

The main research and development contents of this project include two parts:

1. Development of specialized equipment for plate visual inspection: Mainly studies how to utilize electrical control and mechanical design technologies to build specialized equipment that can adapt to the plate production process;

2. Design and implementation of plate detection algorithm models: Mainly studies how to use machine vision technology to construct mathematical algorithm models to meet the visual inspection requirements of the plate surface, and ultimately achieve the automation and intelligence of plate visual inspection.

After the project results are applied, they will improve the production efficiency, operation efficiency and energy utilization rate of the enterprise, shorten the material transfer time, reduce logistics costs and labor costs, bring good economic benefits to the enterprise, and at the same time, the successful research and implementation of this project will also have a radiation and demonstration effect on related intelligent manufacturing industries, thereby promoting the intelligent manufacturing process of the entire industrial chain.
