From April 8th to 10th, 2025, the global packaging industry event, 2025WEPACK World Packaging Industry Expo, was grandly launched at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. With a display area of 120,000 square meters, this expo attracted over 1,500 domestic and foreign brands to participate, gathering nearly 140,000 professional visitors from 110 countries, setting a record for the largest scale in previous editions.

At the exhibition site, a dynamic sand table was used to display the "Logistics and Production Integrated Collaborative Scheduling" system, and industrial software matrices including APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling System), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and LES (Logistics Execution System) were exhibited to comprehensively reveal how data can be utilized to optimize the entire production process. Combined with classic cases, it demonstrated how intelligent technologies can be employed to promote efficient and flexible production operations, helping enterprises achieve a more efficient, flexible and intelligent production model.

Based on the AIMS industrial Internet platform, it comprehensively and in real time perceives all elements of data such as equipment status, order progress, material inventory and logistics routes, achieving full domain integration of the equipment layer, data layer and application layer. The automatic insertion device adopts high-precision detection technology, significantly improving the automation level of the production line and compensating for the equipment efficiency loss caused by poor paper replenishment. Compared with the traditional manual paper replenishment scheme, it has greatly reduced production costs.
