AIMS showcased its "four major power solutions" at the Shanghai International Power and Electrical Equipment Exhibition.

On December 5th, the 31st China International Power Equipment and Technology Exhibition (EP Shanghai 2024) was grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. This exhibition reached a new high in scale, covering an area of 72,000 square meters. Over 1,800 renowned domestic and foreign exhibitors and brands participated. The exhibits covered innovative applications such as power transmission and distribution, power automation, energy digitalization, intelligent manufacturing equipment, welding equipment, intelligent assembly, as well as complete solutions for robotics and power distribution control. 


 
At this exhibition, AIMS presented itself under the theme of "Overall Digital Factory Solution for the Power Equipment Industry", showcasing a number of innovative achievements and comprehensively presenting digital factory solutions for transformers, complete cabinets, charging piles, and box-type energy storage, as well as related benchmark cases.

Transformer coil pressing workstation

 

The transformer coil mounting workstation adopts a dual-robot collaborative operation mode, integrating a high-precision visual guidance system and servo press technology to achieve efficient and precise coil mounting operations. The workstation supports intelligent mixed-line production and can automatically adjust operation parameters according to different products, significantly enhancing production flexibility. At the same time, the workstation collects real-time key information such as coil data, tightening torque, mounting distance, and pressure, providing strong support for the quality traceability system, ensuring a transparent and consistent production process and increasing the overall production efficiency by 80%.

Dry Transformer High Voltage Coil Grinding Workstation

 

The dry-type transformer high-voltage coil grinding workstation uses a visual system to accurately locate the coil, detect casting size deviations, and uses intelligent special machines to complete milling, grinding, chamfering, and polishing, ensuring high precision and consistency in processing. The workstation is fully enclosed and equipped with a high-precision dust removal and filtration system of 0.5 microns, with a dust removal efficiency of over 99.99%. The production efficiency is increased by more than 80%, and the working environment is improved to ensure production safety and environmental protection.

Transformer Appearance Visual Inspection System

 

The transformer appearance visual measurement system adopts structured light non-contact measurement technology, with a measurement accuracy of up to 0.1mm and a single detection time of less than 30 seconds. The measurement data automatically interacts with the MES system to achieve quality judgment and full process traceability, ensuring that the quality of every detail can be traced and strictly controlled.

Electromagnetic Wire Material System

 

The electromagnetic wire feeding system seamlessly integrates with the winding machine, combined with visual recognition and servo positioning technology, to achieve automatic loading and unloading functions. This system effectively reduces the workload of manual handling, lowers the safety risks of lifting operations, and enhances the overall safety and efficiency of the production process. The automated operation process not only accelerates production speed, but also effectively reduces errors and risks caused by human factors, thereby ensuring the stability and reliability of production.
