The control system of the polycrystalline silicon reduction furnace utilizes artificial intelligence technology with machine learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and advanced control as the core to achieve the optimization of four objectives: power consumption, density rate, deposition rate, and primary conversion rate. During the production process, the AI self-control rate is 95%+, primary conversion rate is 11%+, deposition rate is increased by 2%, and density rate is guaranteed to be 65%+. Taking an annual production of 200000 tons of polycrystalline silicon as an example, the annual electricity cost can be saved by 200 million yuan.
