Wu Feng, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and vice President of the University of Science and Technology of China, led a delegation to visit the AIMS

On the morning of June 10th, Wu Feng, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of the University of Science and Technology of China, led relevant leaders from USTC Holdings and USTC Advanced Research Institute to visit and guide the work of AIMS. Chairman and General Manager Zhong Zhimin of the company, along with the company's senior management team, warmly received them. Vice President Wu Feng and his delegation first visited the exhibition hall of University of Science and Technology Network and learned about its strategic direction, development history, business structure, R&D capabilities, and development status.

Subsequently, the two parties held a symposium. At the meeting, Liu Wei, the deputy general manager of AIMS, introduced to Vice President Wu Feng and his team the technological research and application in various aspects such as the industrial internet platform architecture, the next-generation logistics system, production process optimization, industrial visual inspection, equipment intelligent operation, and industrial APPs of AIMS.

After listening to the introduction, Vice President Wu Feng highly praised the numerous achievements made by AIMS since its establishment. He also stated that China University of Science and Technology attaches great importance to and supports the cooperation with AIMS. The company should continue to strengthen the introduction of high-end talents from China University of Science and Technology, continuously build a high-quality talent pipeline; promote the school-enterprise cooperation with China University of Science and Technology, and promote the transformation and implementation of innovation achievements; further join hands with China University of Science and Technology to undertake national key research and development projects to enhance the overall competitiveness of the company. Vice President Wu Feng encouraged AIMS to aim at national strategic needs and further expand the advanced manufacturing market, achieving greater leaps in the development of the enterprise.

The relevant responsible person from China University of Science and Technology made a speech, suggesting that measures such as setting up joint laboratories between the university and the enterprise could be taken to strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation. At the same time, China University of Science and Technology is currently also providing financial support and empowering intellectual property rights to encourage teachers to participate in the transformation and implementation of enterprise scientific research achievements.

Subsequently, Zhong Zhimin, the chairman of the company, first expressed his gratitude to Vice President Wu Feng and all the school leaders for their concern and guidance on the company's development. He also stated that as an alumni enterprise of the University of Science and Technology of China, AIMS has always hoped to establish a long-term talent exchange mechanism with the Alma mater, such as setting up enterprise scholarships, appointing company executives as enterprise mentors, and exploring joint training between the school and the enterprise. And it is hoped to further deepen the cooperation with the University of Science and Technology of China in the field of industry-university-research collaboration, achieving complementary advantages, resource sharing and joint innovation.
