At the exhibition stand of AIMS in Hall B, with the theme of "Overall Solution for Intelligent Factories in the Steel Pipe Industry", AIMS participated in the pipeline conference for the first time and showcased "the overall solution for intelligent factories in the steel pipe industry, pipe body 3D defect detection equipment, and the new generation intelligent manufacturing benchmark factory case of Daliupu", which immediately attracted widespread attention upon its debut.

The 3D defect detection equipment for pipe bodies is an online real-time detection device for three-dimensional defects on the surface of hot-rolled steel pipes, steel pipe blanks, perforated core rods, and long strip steel material castings, including missing flesh, excess flesh, pits, and scars. Using 8-channel 3D sensors and 4-channel industrial cameras to perform 3D online imaging and graphic processing on the surface of steel pipes, real-time detection of three-dimensional defects such as succulents, scratches, and pits on the surface of pipes and core rods is carried out. A non-contact integrated platform is adopted, which is pushed out laterally from the host to reduce alignment interference from other equipment, and equipment maintenance is simple.

Through this exhibition, AIMS released the "Intelligent Factory Overall Solution for the Steel Pipe Industry", which takes "Dailipu Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmark Factory" as a typical case.
