Another project of our company has been awarded a national-level qualification honor. The Tianjin TBEA project has successfully been recognized as a pilot demonstration factory for intelligent manufacturing by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China

In response to various industry pain points in the transformer manufacturing process, we focus on the digital transformation of production information, independently research and design the first domestic digital production and warehousing workshop covering an area of 15000 square meters, which was officially put into operation in January 2022 and won the honor of National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Factory. The entire project utilizes a series of special equipment such as heavy-duty shuttle vehicles, irregular AGVs, and robots to connect three spans and achieve seamless, streamlined, and flexible production of transformer self feeding, winding, pressing, pouring, assembly, testing, and warehousing processes. It truly achieves the construction goal of order driven production and 100% informationization throughout manufacturing. On this basis, a series of intelligent systems such as intelligent manufacturing, intelligent logistics, and remote supervision will be further developed based on digital production, intelligent three-dimensional libraries, and WMS systems. Through intelligent warehousing, intelligent scheduling, and digital production, we break down departmental barriers, restructure management processes, refine production granularity, and achieve a standard annual production capacity of 700 million, helping TBEA's digital manufacturing transformation.
